EASY CHICKEN ALFREDO BISCUIT BAKE
I'll never get over just how easy this recipe is, because the flavors are a 10/10! It gives all the flavors of a chicken alfredo pasta, but made in a fraction of the time. My kids love this recipe, and the best part is that it only takes a few minutes to prep. Perfect for those busy weeknights when you don't have much time to make dinner. WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS CHICKEN ALFREDO BISCUIT BAKE
Budget-Friendly:Make this chicken alfredo bubble-up casserole with simple, budget-friendly ingredients-and enjoy leftovers that reheat beautifully! I use Carbone Alfredo sauce for this recipe, however, you can use an alternative one as well.
Family-Favorite: My family absolutely loves having this for our weeknight dinner rotation. Its easy to make and has so much flavor!

- Chicken: Rotisserie or cooked chicken help shorten the prep time. Plus it provides great flavor!
- Alfredo Sauce: For this recipe, I used Carbone classic Alfredo sauce.
- Cheese: Mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese add the classic chicken alfredo flavors to this dish.
- Vegetables: Spinach is used for this dinner. However, you can also add additional vegetables that you want.
- Biscuit: I use refrigerated 8 count biscuit dough that is cut into ¼ pieces. It will help give the "bubble up" effect.
- Seasonings: This recipe uses Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
HOW TO MAKE EASY CHICKEN ALFREDO BUBBLE UP BAKE



First, preheat oven to 375 degrees
Next, in a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups chicken, alfredo sauce, spinach, mozzarella & parmesean cheesse, and all seasonings. once combined, add to 13x9 pan.



Then, cut raw biscuit dough into ¼ pieces for each biscuit and layer on top of chicken mixture.
Next, cover with aluminum foil, and cook for 35 min covered. After 35 minutes, remove the foil, then continue baking uncovered for another 5-10 minutes, until the biscuit cooks through completely.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Chicken: For this recipe, I used premade cooked chicken to help decrease cooking time. However, you can easily use any type of cooked chicken you have on hand, such as rotisserie chicken, which adds even more flavor.
Alfredo Sauce: For this recipe, I like to use the Carbone classic Alfredo sauce. It helps provide the rich, creamy alfredo taste. However, an alternative jarred alfredo sauce can be used.
Leftovers: If you happen to have leftovers of this delicious chicken alfredo biscuit bake, simply store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3-4 days and reheat well for an easy meal later on.

- 1 13x9 pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 8 count refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- in a mixing bowl. combine 2 cups chicken, alfredo sauce, spinach, mozzarella & parmesean cheesse, and all seasonings.
- once combined, add to bottom of 13x9 pan (spray bottom of pan with cooking oil to prevent sticking)
- cut raw biscuit dough into ¼ for each one
- layer on top of chicken mixture.
- cover with aluminum foil and cook for 35 min covered, additional 5-10 uncovered (or until biscuit is fully cooked).
