I always keep an easy sheet pan meal on the dinner rotation for those nights when I don't have time to cook! They are affordable, and easily customizable! I love adding different vegetables with it to switch up dinners.

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken: Chicken breast is used for this dinner. However, you can substitute with chicken thighs.
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce: For this recipe, I used Buffalo Wild Wing's Garlic Parmesan sauce. However, any garlic parmesan sauce will work great!
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and garlic butter seasoning are all included in this recipe.
- Vegetables: yellow potatoes, and broccoli are used for this recipe. However, you can substitute for any of your preferred vegetables, such as mushrooms, onions, green beans, carrots, asparagus, or peppers.
HOW TO MAKE SHEET PAN GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dice chicken breast into cubes and place in mixing bowl.
Next, add ½ the seasoning amount on to the chicken and set remaining seasoning aside. Add ¾ bottle of garlic parmesan dressing.
Recommend letting it marinate for 30 minute prior to cooking. Wash & cut yellow potatoes. place potatoes in bowl.
Add olive oil and remaining seasonings. Stir together.
On a 13x9 pan, add chopped broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper.


Place potatoes & broccoli on pan. Add chicken to pan. Spread evenly across pan.
Then, drizzle remaining sauce onto pan.
Cook for 30-35 minutes. Or until chicken is has internal temp of 165 degrees. Finally, broil for 1-2 minutes to allow extra crisp if desired.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Protein: Chicken breast is the preferred option for this recipe. However, chicken thighs can also be substituted. However, please adjust internal temperature setting to 185 degrees.
Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. However, I recommend reheating leftovers in the oven or air fryer.
Vegetables: This sheet pan dinner pairs well with any type of vegetables. So, if you don't have broccoli, you can substitute for an alternative option.
Sauce: Buffalo Wild Wing Garlic Parmesan Sauce has a bit of spice to it, so if you prefer a less spicy option, you can substitute for a different brand of sauce.

- 2 lbs yellow gold potatoes
- Broccoli
- Olive oil
