EASY CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE
This is one of my absolute favorite recipes to make for my family! My kids request this dinner at least a couple times of month, because it is so simple to make and full of flavor! It's so creamy, filling, and great for leftovers as well. All of the delicious flavors of chicken alfredo, without the pasta.

Family-friendly: The perfect alternative of chicken alfredo pasta to make in half the time! This is an easy meal that my entire family of picky kids love to have for dinner.
Budget-friendly: This casserole is made with simple and affordable ingredients, and it is great for leftovers! I used Rao's alfredo sauce for this dish, however, you can use a more affordable option as well.
Delicious: The flavor combination of this meal really gives you all the comfort flavors of a chicken alfredo pasta with a fun twist! Using the crescent dough adds a fun alternative to the classic dish.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Sides: This easy dinner is a great weeknight option that you can add your favorite vegetables, salad or fries. I like to serve it with broccoli or caesar salad.
Cooking: If you prefer to have the cresent dough have more of a crunchy texture, you can cook the chicken alfredo rollups for 10-15 minutes in the casserole pan before adding the alfredo sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Then you can put it back in the oven for the remaining time to finish cooking.

Came out really yummy! I did frozen chicken breast in the instant pot for 15 minutes and used that for the recipe.
