In a medium bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, seasonings, bacon and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Once well combined, open crescent dough rolls and add 1 small scoop of mixture into middle of crescent dough.
In a 13x9 pan, lay your crescent rolls into bottom of pan.
Top with Alfredo sauce and remaining cup of mozzarella cheese and italian seasoning.
Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Broil on low for 2-3 minutes additional if needed.
Chicken: you can also use canned chicken if desired for this dish, however I recommend rotisserie chicken for added flavor.Crescent Dough: If you prefer having your dough with more of a crisp, cook without the alfredo sauce and cheese on top for 10-15 minutes first. Then, remove the casserole dish from the oven, add the alfredo sauce and cheese on top, and put back into the oven for remaining time. Cheese: I recommend using freshly shredded cheese for this recipe, because it will melt better. However, you can also use preshredded cheese for convienence.
