1 medium skillet
Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
1block plain cream cheese
1can rotel tomatoes with green chilis
½cupdiced white onion
2bell peppers
one 8 count premade biscuit dough
taco seasonings
shredded mexican style cheese
Instructions
in a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and ½ cup diced white onion. cook until translucent.
Once onions are translucent, add ground beef. cook thoroughly until brown.
add taco seasoning, diced bell peppers, rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese. Combine together.
turn off heat and set aside.
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 13x9 pan, add ground beef mixture to the bottom of the pan.
layer with cheese.
dice premade biscuit dough into ¼ pieces and add on top of cheese.
bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked thoroughly.
