These No Bake White Chocolate Energy Bites feel like the perfect midday sweet treat that is filling and so delicious! Made with rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, and white chocolate chips. These only take five minutes to make and are a weekly snack staple in our home!
then add peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. (spray measuring cup prior to measuring peanut butter and honey to help prevent it from sticking too much)
stir together. then add white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
make each energy bite into 1 inch round balls.
place in airtight sealed container in the refridgerator for 2-4 hours to help it set.
