These Italian Grinder Sliders are full of flavor and so simple to make! The perfect quick and filling appetizer or dinner that you can make on those busy weeknights. Made with brioche rolls, pepperoni, salami, sliced cheese, deli turkey breast, and delicous seasonings. One of my favorite meals to make that takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Ingredients
12brioche rolls
6slicescolby jack cheese
3ouncesthinly sliced pepperoni
3ouncesthinly sliced salami
4ozoven roasted turkey breast
3tablespoonsalted butter
grated parmesan cheese
garlic powderitalian seasoning, parsley
Grinder Slider Topping
8ouncesshredded lettuce
½cupsliced pepperoncini peppers
¼cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
1teaspoonitalian seasoning
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonparsley
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
on a 13x9 pan, slice the rolls horizontally and evenly. split the sliders in half and place on 13x9 pan.
melt 3 tablespoon butter and combine with parmesan cheese, and seasonings listed.
spread evenly over the top and middle layer of sliders.
layer sliders starting with colby jack cheese and top with meat.
cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
in a separate bowl, combine glider slider toppings listed.
once sliders are cooked and cooled, add slider toppings.
