This Blueberry Baked Oatmeal is a delicious quick and easy breakfast option for those busy weekdays! Made with rolled oats, blueberries, peanut butter and milk, this easy breakfast recipe is one of our family favorites.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients listed above except blueberries and flour.
In a separate small bowl, coat blueberries in flour. Make sure it is evenly coated. This will help prevent the blueberry from sinking to the bottom of the baked oatmeal.
Spray 8x8 pan with olive oil spray, and add mixture to pan.
Spread evenly & add chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered. Let it rest for 10-20 minutes after.
