Chicken Seasoning
1tablespoonolive oil for cooking
1.5-2lbs chicken breast
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
1 tablespoonjapanese bbq sauceoptional
1 tsp sesame oil
Bang Bang Sauce
½ cupmayo
¼ cupthai sweet chili sauce
1-2tbsp siracha
½tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoonhoney
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 /2limefreshly squeezed lime juice
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
in a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients (mayo, siracha, sweet chili, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, rice vinegar, and lime juice.) Let it sit in refrigerator to let it thicken up.
cut chicken breast into strips, and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sesame oil and japenese bbq sauce.
On a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil or olive oil, and cook chicken until it reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees. Typically 5-6 minutes of cooking. Once chicken is cooked, set aside and let it rest.
add jasmine rice, roasted broccoli, chicken, and drizzle with bang bang sauce over green onions and sesame seeds.
