EASY COOKIE BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS
I've been making these cookie butter overnight oats for the last year, and they have easily become my favorite quick and easy, high protein breakfast option. If you love the flavors of cookie butter, you will absolutely LOVE this breakfast recipe!
This easy meal prep breakfast comes together in just 5 minutes, making busy mornings so much easier. Great on-the-go breakfast that helps satisfy the sweet tooth. If you love this recipe, you need to try Ham Egg and Cheese Croissant Bake.

Quick & Easy: These overnight oats can be prepped in as little as 5 minutes at night. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator, and it'll be ready in the morning for breakfast.
High Protein: I love making these for an easy grab-and-go breakfast, quick snack, or even meal prep for the week.
Delicious: One of my favorite flavors is cookie butter. The cookie butter adds the perfect warm, spiced sweetness, making these overnight oats taste almost like dessert while still being a filling breakfast option.

- Rolled Oats
- Milk: I use Fairlife protein milk to add extra protein and make these overnight oats more filling. However, regular milk is a good alternative.
- Plain Greek Yogurt: adds a creamy consistency and increased protein.
- Protein Powder: vanilla protein powder for added protein.
- Seasonings: additional ingredients used include honey, vanilla extract, flakey salt
- Cookie Butter: brings a rich, spiced sweetness that makes these easy meal prep breakfast taste indulgent while adding so much flavor.
HOW TO MAKE COOKIE BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS



In a jar, combine all ingredients list above.
Next mix well and place in fridge overnight for a minimum of 6 hours, so that the oats soak up the liquid.
add sliced bananas, and crumbled biscoff cookie on top for added crunch in the morning.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Meal Prep: Prepped overnight oats can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Milk: If you do not have protein milk, it can be substituted for dairy, oat or almond milk. However, it may change consistency.
Protein powder: For this recipe, I prefer to use vanilla protein powder.

Equipment
- meal prep jars (12 oz)
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon flakey salt
- ¾ cup protein or regular milk
- biscoff cookie
Instructions
