Cookie Butter Overnight Oats
are my favorite quick and easy breakfast option to make during the week! Made with oats, protein powder, greek yogurt, and cookie butter. An easy and delicious high protein breakfast option.

Ingredients

rolled oats

greek yogurt

tablespoon
flaxseed
1
scoop vanilla protein powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
cookie butter
1
teaspoon
honey
¼
teaspoon
flakey salt
¾
cup
protein or regular milk
biscoff cookie
Instructions
In a jar, combine all ingredients list above.
Mix well and place in fridge overnight for a minimum of 6 hours, so that the oats soak up the liquid.
add sliced bananas, and crumbled biscoff cookie on top for added crunch in the morning.
