- BBQ sauce: For this recipe, I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce.
- Seasonings: The seasonings used in this recipe include minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER HONEY BBQ CHICKEN



In a crockpot, add chicken, ¾ bottle of bbq sauce, minced garlic and seasonings.
Next, cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2.5-3.5 hours.
Once the chicken finishes cooking, shred it and turn the heat down to warm.
Serve with potatoes and vegetables.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
Cooking: This slow cooker recipe can be cooked on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2.5-3.5 hours. I like to cook it on low if I have additional time, because it helps really enchance the flavors.

Equipment
- 1 6 qt crockpot
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 bottle sweet baby ray's honey chipotle bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, add chicken breast, seasonings, honey chipotle bbq sauce into slow cooker.
- cover with lid, and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2.5-3.5 hours.
- Once chicken is cooked, turn heat down to warm, and shred chicken.
- Serve over potatoes or vegetables.
