HOW TO MAKE HAM EGG CHEESE CROISSANT CASSEROLE

First, slice 6-7 croissants into 1 inch pieces, then set aside.
Next, in a mixing bowl, combine eggs, ham, seasonings, milk, and cream into mixing bowl. Stir and set aside.

In a 13x9 pan, spray dish and add sliced croissants to bottom of pan. Made sure the croissants are spread evenly in casserole dish.
Next, add ham and egg mixture to the top of the sliced croissants.
Then add cheese to top layer of casserole.
Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Next, remove foil, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked thoroughly.
Top with parsley, green onion or chives.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Prep ahead: This ham egg and cheese croissant casserole can be prepped the night before. Prep the casserole to the last step, prior to cooking. I recommend covering tightly with aluminum foil and keep in refrigerator until it is cooked in the morning.
Leftovers: Any remaining leftovers can be kept in an airtight sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Alternative bread: If you do not have croissants, you can substitute for brioche bread. However, please adjust the amount of bread used to make sure the bottom layer of the pan is covered with sliced bread.
