Ingredients
6-7sliced croissants
12ozGruyere cheese
16ozMonterey Jack cheese
12ozdeli black forest hamcan sub for any of your favorite
8large eggs
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
½cupwhole milk
1tablespoonheavy cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice 6-7 croissants into small pieces and set aside
Slice deli ham to preferred thickness
Combine 8 eggs, seasonings, milk and heavy cream to a large mixing bowl.
Use pre shredded or freshly shredded gruyere and Monterey Jack cheese.
In a 13x9 pan, start with the sliced croissants and add to pan, then add egg mixture, ham and layer with cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Can be set on low broil for 2-4 additional minutes.
