HOW TO MAKE ONE PAN CHICKEN CAESAR BAKE

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
Next, if you are using thicker chicken breasts, butterfly them to make them thinner. It should make about 4 pieces, for 2 pounds of chicken.
Then, in one bowl, add ¾ of the caesar dressing bottle into the bowl to dip the chicken.
Then, in another bowl, add 1 cup bread crumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, ½ teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon italian seasoning.

Next, you'll evenly cover entire chicken breast with caesar dressing, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
In a 13x9 pan, brush small amount of caesar dressing to the bottom of the pan to prevent from sticking.
Add chicken to bottom of pan. then add provolone cheese slices the top of the chicken.
In a separate bowl add melted butter,1 cup bread crumbs, salt, pepper and ½ teaspoon italian seasoning to bowl. Then you'll combine, and add to top of provolone cheese.
Finally bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Storage: Place leftovers in a sealed, airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Warm them in the microwave when ready to enjoy.
Cooking: For this recipe, I like to cook it uncovered, without any aluminum foil, to make sure the chicken cooks thoroughly.
Sides: This one pan chicken caesar bake can be served with a side of vegetables, mashed potatoes or salad.
